It amends BuShips Directive 1610-14, regarding the relief of the command triads of multiple ships, reduces those commissioned and non-commissioned officers to their permanent ranks, and informs non-compliant ships of potential decommissioning.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby correct and amend BuShips Directive 1610-14 as follows:
- James Conason is restored to his post as Executive Officer of HMS Barbarossa and returned to his permanent rank of Lieutenant Commander
- Steven Thum is returned to his post as Commanding Officer of HMS Lionheart and returned to his permanent rank of Lieutenant Commander
