My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on August 11, 2013, it is my duty to announce a new Executive Officer for HMS Intrepid, SD-463. The new XO is as follows:
Commander Lindsay Roloff Commander Roloff is hereby breveted to the rank of Commander and requested to assume her duties as its XO. Remaining crew is unchanged.
