GNS Joshua (DD-18) is a Joshua-class Destroyer in Fourth Fleet. Commanded by CDR Neil Simpson, GSN, Joshua is a chapter that patrols Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
History
Joshua was commissioned on 16 March 2015 under the command of then LCDR Neil Simpson. The Joshua was assigned to patrol Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland and to lead on recruitment in these areas. The ship is a frequent attendee of EasterCon as well as conventions local to its patrol area.
The Joshua is a part of DesDiv 413, which sits under DesRon 41 as a part of 4th Fleet.
