To: All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy
From: Admiral of the Red, John Roberts, Third Space Lord
Re: Additions to the Royal Manticoran Navy List of Honor (Naval Directive 11AP-02)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, in order to comply with the requirements of Naval Directive 11FB-10, the following ships are placed on the Royal Manticoran Navy List of Honor for bravery and courage under fire and for upholding the greatest traditions of Her Majesty’s Navy.

HMS Stormbringer (SD-34), for gallantry in the face of the enemy and by performing her duties as rearguard at the Battle of Grendelsbane in 1920. Although destroyed in this battle, the HMS Stormbringer was able to delay the attacks long enough to allow at least 6 other ships of the wall to escape and fight other battles later in the war.

HMS Anasazi (DD-96), for gallantry in Silesian anti-piracy duties. The HMS Anasazi was destroyed while protecting a squadron sized convoy of merchant ships from a pirate attack. The actions of the HMS Anasazi allowed the merchant ships and her sister escort to escape to safety.

The actions of both the HMS Stormbringer and HMS Anasazi were in line with the highest traditions of the Royal Manticoran Navy and are worthy of being named to the Royal Manticoran Navy, the Official Honor Harrington Fan Association’s List of Honor.

These specific inclusions on the Royal Manticoran Navy’s List of Honor do not entitle the officers and crew of these ships to wear the List of Honor citation ribbon. However, future actions may very well earn these fine vessels that honor.

In Honour of the Queen!

Issued by:
Admiral John Roberts
Third Space Lord

Countersigned by:
Admiral Lord Sir Scott Akers, KCR
First Space Lord
Fleet Admiral
Earl, New Arkhangelsk
