Fleet Order 1501-B was issued 26 January 2015 by Commanding Officer Second Fleet. This order commissioned HM Pinnace Sabrepike-01. On 06 June 2016, the pinnace was returned to HMS Sabrepike's boat bay as the chapter upgraded to LAC status with the launch of HMLAC Stiletto (LAC-018) (see Second Fleet Order 1606-A).

Effective 26JAN2015, PINNACE SABREPIKE-ONE, a MK30 Condor-class pinnace, is hereby COMMISSIONED and assigned as a support craft to HMS Sabrepike CA-417, deployed to Second Fleet. Pinnace Sabrepike-01 is assigned to patrol the Columbus, Ohio area. As of the date of Commissioning, Connor Bliss is appointed Commanding Officer of Pinnace Sabrepike-One and is brevetted to the rank of Lieutenant, Junior Grade. The following personnel are assigned to Pinnace Gryphon-One:
