Please note this Directive is Effective as of 01-JUN-18
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, having accepted the resignation of RADM Lyons due to personal reasons:
I hereby name Commodore Michael Romero as Commanding Officer for Third Fleet, with all rights duties, privileges and honors appertaining thereunto.
Additionally, Michael Romero is hereby promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral of the Red, effective as of the date of this Directive.
I wish to thank RADM Lyons for his service and dedication to the Third Fleet. Fair winds in your future endeavors!
