As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, having accepted the resignation of VADM Walker due to personal reasons:
I hereby name Rear Admiral of the Red Joseph Lyons as Commanding Officer for Third Fleet, with all rights duties, privileges and honors appertaining thereunto.
Additionally, Joseph Lyons is hereby promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral of the Red, effective immediately.
I wish to thank VADM Walker for his service and dedication to the Third Fleet, it has been an honor to serve with you, Sir. Fair winds in your future endeavors!
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 26-MAY-17
