As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, the following is the standard for the issuance of awards to those under your Command.
All commanders with award authority should ensure that the awards you issue are consistent with the service branch of your echelon, regardless of your branch affiliation (i.e., if you are a Grayson in Command of an RMN Ship, Squadron, etc.., you should issue the RMN awards to all personnel in your command; if you are an RMN officer in command of a Grayson unit, you should issue the Grayson awards to all personnel in your command).
Questions should be directed to your Fleet Commander or myself, this order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 23-JUL-17.
