Naval Directive 16AP-05 was issued 27 April 2016 under the authority of the First Space Lord. This directive appoints a commanding officer for BatCruRon 11.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint the new Commander of Battle Cruiser Squadron 11 (BatCruRon 11). The new CO is:
Commodore Ed Wandall
You are hereby directed to relinquish command of BatCruDiv 112 and assume your new duties as Commander of BatCruRon 11.
In addition I do hereby direct all officers herein named to take charge of their commands and proceed to their assigned patrol area and protect the lives and property of Manticoran citizens therein, In addition you will fulfill any other duties as may be assigned by the First Fleet Commander, his Deputies and the First Space Lord, this order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 27-APR-16
