As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby Appoint Ms. Karolyn Morgan, RMN-2520-14. to the position of Deputy Foreign Secretary. Effective 3 September 2022
Deputy Foreign Secretary Morgan, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of the Home Secretary, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, to assume your duties as Deputy Foreign Secretary.
