As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby Appoint Sir Wayne Bruns (RMN-0855-12) Earl Cappanarrow to the position of Deputy Home Secretary.
Deputy Home Secretary Cappanarrow, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of the Home Secretary, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, to assume your additional duties as Deputy Home Secretary.
