As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Commodore West Columbia, [RMN-1394-13] as the Chief Registrar.

Commodore West Columbia, you are hereby ordered to report to the Office of the Registrar, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, to assume your duties as Chief Registrar
