Appointment of Tenth Expeditionary Force Commanding Officer (Corps Directive 09-1808)

With the activation of the Tenth (10) Expeditionary Force Command it has become necessary to appoint a commanding officer. Therefore, as of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Colonel Michael Houghtaling you are hereby ordered to assume command of the Tenth Expeditionary Force as its commanding officer. You are also hereby breveted to the rank of Brigadier General.
The above effective 0000 hrs. 26-AUG-18.
