In accordance with Naval Directive 14AU-03 the following changes are made to the 1st and 3rd Expeditionary Forces:
The area of operations known as West Virginia in the 1st Expeditionary Force is hereby moved to the 3rd Expeditionary Force.
The above effective 1825 hrs. 23 AUG, 2014. In Honour of the Queen!
