As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint 1st Lieutenant Kevin Horner to the position of Chief of Staff, RMMC Commandant. 1st Lieutenant Horner, you are hereby ordered to London Point, Saganami Island, Manticore, post haste. There you will assume the office of Chief of Staff, RMMC Commandant. There is no brevetting of rank at this time.
The above effective 18-SEP-13.
