The Naval Technical Specialties College (NTSC) oversees the RMN/GSN/RHN Technical Specialties College, the Tsingtao College of Naval Specialization, and all associated instructors. Here, the naval enlisted personnel and officers of the Grand Alliance will pursue specialized coursework that will help take on specific billets, command specialized divisions or departments, or hone their specialization in pursuit of higher levels of advancement.
