BuShips Directive 1610-01 was issued 16 October 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It relieves the executive officer for GNS Nathan (CL-14).

Order Text

To:	All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy, and all Officers and Enlisted in the Grayson Space Navy
From:	John Roberts, Admiral of the Green
Re:	Relief of GNS Nathan (CL-14), Executive Officer (BuShips Directive 1610-01)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby relieve Commander Kay Downing of her position as Executive Officer of GNS Nathan (CL-14). She is hereby demoted to her permanent rank of Lieutenant, senior grade.

In addition, I do hereby direct the Commanding Officer of GNS Nathan (CL-14) that she has thirty (30) days to complete a Change of Command form naming a new Executive Officer who has completed all required testing for the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Failure to comply with this directive will result in GNS Nathan being decommissioned.

This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 17-OCT-16
