BuShips Directive 1606-03 was issued 27 June 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command of HMS Specter (CLAC-29).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on June 27, 2016, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Specter (CLAC-29).
The new Command Staff is:
- Commander Mari Bobet-Davis, assigned as Executive Officer, HMS Specter
The CO, Bosun, and remaining crew are unchanged.
The following persons are breveted in rank:
- Mari Bobet-Davis to Commander
