BuShips Directive 1605-07 was issued 24 May 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It sets chapter commissioning guidelines.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Grand Alliance,
From this point forward, BuShips will not accept/approve any Chapter Commissioning Request if the request is not on the standard form as found on the TRMN.org website.
if you submit such a request on a nonstandard form, we will reject such request and have the crew wait at least 3 months to resubmit their request....yes, this means they might lose their requested and reserved name.
The form is set up the way it is to make it easy for use to locate necessary information. Modifying the form makes that harder for us and we are busy as it is.
