My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on March 25, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Horatius (BC-584). This is a Nike Class Battle Cruiser under the Command of Captain, j.g. Aleksandra Bromblik and is assigned to the Seventh Fleet.
