BuShips Directive 1503-01 was issued 16 March 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command of HMS Black Rose (BC-520).

My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on March 16, 2015, it is my duty to announce the following change of Command for HMS Black Rose (BC-520). The new Command Staff are as follows:

• Commander Thomas Lee, Jr.
• Chief Petty Officer Jacob Engstrom

The Commanding Officer and crew remains unchanged at this time.

As of this date, the following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:

• Thomas Lee, Jr. to Commander
• Jacob Engstrom to Chief Petty Officer

As of this date, the following personnel are reduced to their permanent rank as indicated:

• Amber Witherspoon to Petty Officer 1st Class
• Jessica Allen to Spacer 2nd Class
