BuShips Directive 1407-03 was issued 17 July 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command for HMS Chaos (DD-57).

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on July 17, 2014, it is my duty to announce a change of command for HMS Chaos, DD-57. The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Chief Petty Officer Adrian Austin, assigned as Bosun of HMS Chaos
The remaining Command Staff and crew of HMS Chaos at this time are:
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
- Adrian Austin to Chief Petty Officer, assigned as Bosun of HMS Chaos
