BuShips Directive 1405-10 was issued 28 May 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command for HMS Devastation (DD-44).
Order Text
My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on May 28, 2014, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Devastation, DD-44. The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Commander Joseph Morgan, assigned as CO, HMS Devastation
- Lt. Commander Joseph Lyons, assigned as XO, HMS Devastation
The Bosun and remaining crew of HMS Devastation remain unchanged.
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
- Joseph Morgan to Commander
- Joseph Lyons to Lt. Commander
In Service to Her Majesty, the Queen
