My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on April 19, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Black Rose, BC-520. This is an Agamemnon Class Battle Cruiser and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet.

The following personnel are assigned to HMS Black Rose, BC-520:

• Captain, j.g. James Sena (and assigned as CO of HMS Black Rose)
• Commander Amber Witherspoon (and assigned as XO of HMS Black Rose)
• CPO Jessica Allen (and assigned as Bosun of HMS Black Rose)
• Lieutenant Mary Paton
• Lieutenant Jordan Bouray
• Spacer 3rd Class Joseph Crislip
• Spacer 3rd Class Gerald Robinson
• Spacer 3rd Class Loren Hoover
