BuShips Directive 1403-04 was issued 8 March 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command for HMS Invincible (SD-455).
Order Text
My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on March 8, 2014, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Invincible, SD-455. The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Captain (s.g.) William Lochen, assigned as CO
- SCPO Cheryl Hartmann, assigned as Bosun
The CO and other crew of HMS Invincible remain unchanged at this time.
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
- William Lochen to the rank of Captain, Senior Grade
- Cheryl Hartmann to the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer
