BuShips Directive 1401-05 was issued 24 January 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions GNS Mercy (DD-43).
Order Text
My fellow members of the Grand Alliance,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on January 24, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of GNS Mercy, DD-43, under the command of Lt. Commander Ian Tregale. This is a Joshua Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Fourth Fleet, based in Thetford, Norfolk, United Kingdom.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to GNS Mercy:
- Lt. Commander Ian Tregale (CO, GNS Mercy)
- Lt. Commander Elizabeth Bickerton (XO, GNS Mercy)
- CPO Gary Redclift (Bosun, GNS Mercy)
- Lance Corporal Mark McGuire (RMMC)
- Spacer 3rd Class Richard Evan
- Spacer 3rd Class Tobias Cooper
- Spacer 3rd Class Clive Troubman
- Spacer 3rd Class Deborah Fishburn
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below
