BuShips Directive 1309-01 was issued 14 September 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Bastet (CL-110).

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on September 14, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Bastet, CL-110, under the command of Commander Cindy Jeffers. This is an Apollo Class Light Cruiser and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Webter City, IA.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Bastet:
- Commander Cindy Jeffers (assigned as CO of HMS Bastet)
- Lt. Commander Tom Webster (assigned as XO of HMS Bastet)
