BuShips Directive 1306-03 was issued 27 June 201' under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command of HMS Chaos (DD-57).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on June 27, 2013, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Chaos, DD-57. The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Lieutenant Commander Mark Polanis, assigned as CO of HMS Chaos
- Lieutenant, s.g. Joshua Bailey, assigned as XO of HMS Chaos
- Chief Petty Officer Caitlin Bleau, assigned as Bosun of HMS Chaos
Remaining crew is unchanged except for those reassigned to HMS Alchemist.
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
- Mark Polanis to Lieutenant Commander, assigned as CO of HMS Chaos
- Joshua Bailey to Lieutenant, s.g., assigned as XO of HMS Chaos
- Caitlin Bleau to Chief Petty Officer, assigned as Bosun of HMS Chaos
