BuShips Directive 1306-02 was issued 6 June 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Werewolf (CLAC-28).

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on June 6, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Werewolf, CLAC-28, under the command of Captain (s.g.) Daniel Walker. This is a Hydra Class LAC Carrier and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Durham, NC.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Werewolf:
