BuShips Directive 1305-04 was issued 4 May 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Imperatrix (SD-457).

Again, just a couple hours early, but here is part 4 of 4: My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on May 4, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Imperatrix, SD-457, under the command of Captain (SG) Wayne Bruns. This is an Invictus Class Superdreadnought and is assigned to the Second Fleet, based in the Twin Cities area.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Imperatrix:

- Commander Emily Herron, Executive Officer
- Senior Chief Petty Officer Jacia Bruns, ME, Bosun
