My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on July 12, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Artegal, CL-493. This is an Avalon Class Light Cruiser under the Command of Commander Eric Schulman and is assigned to the First Fleet.

The crew of this ship are as follows:
