By my authority as Deputy Marshal of the Royal Manticoran Army, I congratulate
*Commodore Justin Dupras,
- Captain SG Samuel Dietzmann,
- Rear Admiral Geoffrey Strayer,
- Commander Lisa Wiedemann and
- Captain JG Alex Shaffer of the Royal Manticoran Navy and
- Chief Engineer Joe Jungers of the Royal Manticoran Merchant Marine
as having passed the four qualifications for obtaining the Army Combat Infantry Badge.
