By my Authority as Chief of Staff of the Royal Manticoran Army, 2nd Lieutenant John Brice Jr. (RMN-6355-20) is hereby charged as Commanding Officer of the 11th Serpent Head Hussars, Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The above orders are effective as of 23rd of August 2020
