Army Directive 2003-04 was issued 23 Mar 2020 under the authority of the RMA Chief of Staff. It deactivated four non-reporting chapters.
As published in the TRMN Forum, 2003-04 consists of four separate orders, each numbered as AD 2003-04 and each addressed to the CO of a chapter being deactivated:
- 37th RCT
- Fort Shornecliffe
- HG Castle New Caladan
- HG Yggdrasil
37th RCT

Colonel Webb, RMA
Due to the non-reporting of 37th RCT, effective 0001 hours, 23Mar20 37th RCT will be deactivated. The following Soldiers except for Colonel Webb will be transferred to the 99th Reserve Company until, letter of reply from Soldier as to their, fate. Colonel Jeffrey Webb will be transferred to KWT[1] as a advisor, orders will be forth coming.

Due to the non-reporting of Fort Shorncliffe, effective 0001 hours, 23Mar20 Fort Shorncliffe will be deactivated and the Fort left for demo to not allow it to fall into enemy hands. It is my understanding that all Soldiers have left Fort Shorncliffe. Therefore, the following Soldiers will be transferred to the 99th Reserve Company until, letter of reply from Soldier as to their, fate.
