Adjutant General Order 2311-01 was issued 11 November 2023 by the Adjutant General. It upgraded the Westmarch Rifles chapter to a Company level echelon.

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 11 November 2023, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the activation of Alpha Company, Westmarch Rifles, assigned to the 2nd Field Army and garrisoned at Fort Gryphon. A Company expands the existing squad formation activated with Adjutant General Order 2208-01.
Colonel Sir John CAUFFMAN is hereby appointed to the position of Officer Commanding, A Company, Westmarch Rifles and directed and required to report to Westmarch Rifles HQ, Fort Gryphon, there to take command of A Company.
The following personnel are hereby assigned to the command element of A Company and brevetted to the indicated ranks:
PFC Michael CYGANIEWICZ is appointed Company Executive Officer and brevetted to the rank of First Lieutenant (O-2)
LCPL Steven MEHR is appointed Company NCOIC and brevetted to the grade of Master Sergeant (E-7)
