Captain Newton:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed to Tenth Fleet Headquarters, there to take on the billet and duties as the Deputy Tenth Fleet Commanding Officer. In addition to this appointment, I am authorized to issue you a brevet promotion to the rank of COMMODORE (F-1), RMN. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The undersigned thanks you for your years of service to Tenth Fleet as Personnel Officer. You are released from those duties.
The above order is issued with immediate effect.
