In view of these qualities, completion of all requirements for advancement, and her demonstrated leadership potential and dedicated service to the Grayson Space Navy, she is therefore promoted to the rank of LIEUTENANT JUNIOR GRADE with a date of rank of 16 August 307 After Landing.
