San Martino Fleet Order 1901-15A was issued 15 January 2019 by RADM Sir Michael Romero. This order appointed the Fleet Senior Master Chief Petty Officer for Third Fleet.

As of this writing, Winter Guite of HMS Duke of Cromarty is hereby appointed Fleet Senior Master Chief Petty Officer for Third Fleet. As such, he will serve as the primary voice of enlisted San Martinos to the fleet command staff and new SMCPON, coach and mentor new and veteran bosuns in their duties, serve as our fleet's coordinator for the Black Sphinx Cup, and other critical functions as needed. He is the next member to serve in a grand tradition begun by FSMCPOs Mike Romero, Arasin Staubly, and John Kane. As a reflection of the great trust placed in him, Winter Guite is hereby promoted to E-10+, and entitled to wear the three chevrons, three rockers, crown, and star of a FSMCPO.
