Re:	Appointment of the Commanding Officer of the First Naval District (Naval Directive 22OC-01)

Sir Michael:

Directive 22OC-01.01: You are directed and required to proceed with all due haste to Headquarters, First Naval District, to relieve RADM Sir Jon Stout, Baron Jutland as Commanding Officer. Fail not in this duty at your peril. The First Space Lord wishes to thank Baron Jutland for his service to Home Fleet.

Directive 22OC-01.02: RADM Sir Ashley Nichols, PMV, KSK, GCE, SC, DSO, OCN, QBM, RMN, Baron Tchoupitoulas, is ordered to report to Headquarters, First Naval District, to relieve RADM Sir Edward Wandall as Deputy Commanding Officer thereof. The First Space Lord wishes to thank Sir Edward for his service to Home Fleet.

The above directives are issued with immediate effect.
