Re: Ship Order 1608-24

As of 24 August 2016, on my authority as commanding officer, HMS Claymore (BC-618), and on behalf of the High Admiral of the Grayson Space Navy, having completed the appropriate academic requirements, and having served their Time in Grade, I promote Spacer 3/c Travis Works, GSN to Spacer 1/c (E-3), with all rights and privileges therein.

This has been long overdue, and thanks to the permission of the 5th Space Lord, we are able to correct this omission. I expect great things from S1/c Works in the future.
