}}}} is hereby designated as the flagship of your command, Task Force 22. HMS Sabrepike is further directed to fly your pennant upon her hull, which should be embellished with two red stripes as befits the level of your command within the Royal Manticoran Navy.

Any previous directives or orders regarding HMS Demon’s (CLAC-62) status as flagship is hereby overridden and/or rescinded.
