}}}} is hereby designated as the flagship of your command, Naval Operations (Office of First Space Lord, Admiralty House). Invincible is heretofor authorized to fly your pennant upon her hull, which should be embellished with four red stripes as befits the level of your command within the Royal Manticoran Navy.
Any previous directives or orders regarding BuTrain’s flagship or with respect to Invincible's status as a flagship are hereby overridden and/or rescinded.
