My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on March 8, 2016, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of {{#if:hcn

}}}}, under the command of Captain, s.g. Mike Romero. This is a Homer Class Battle Cruiser and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Williamsburg, VA.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Atropos:
- Captain, s.g. Mike Romero (assigned as CO of HMS Atropos)
- Commander Ashley Romero (assigned as XO of HMS Atropos)
