}}}} to the Office of the Fifth Space Lord, Admiralty House, Landing, Manticore to take up your duties as the Bureau of Personnel’s Command Senior Master Chief Petty Officer. As befitting the position, you are hereby promoted from Petty Officer Second Class to the rank of Senior Master Chief Petty Officer, Grayson Space Navy. Furthermore, you are to report to the Fifth Space Lord’s Chief of Staff, Captain of the List Tracy Newby, CE, CBM, RMN, to receive further direction regarding your new duties. Do not fail in the execution of these orders as to avoid any punishment by your seniors in the Grayson Space Navy and the Royal Manticoran Navy.
