}}}}, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Annual Commanding Officer, relieving RADM Matthew Parker, QCB, KSK, OM, RMN, Earl Camera Stellata, In service to the Crown, no later than 8 November, 2021. Fail not in this charge at your peril.

The Bureau of Ships wishes to thank Rear Admiral Camera Stellata for his unwavering dedication as Commanding Officer for HMS Unconquered. As of the time of this order, he shall move to the position of Executive Officer aboard HMS Unconquered, relieving Rear Admiral Dame Diane Bulkeley, GCR, MDE,<ref>KDE? (Knight Commander of the Order of Queen Elizabeth)</ref> MC, RMN.

To Rear Admiral New Essex, thank you for your service and dedication as previous Commanding Officer and Executive Officer of HMS Unconquered.
