You are hereby directed and required to report to Commodore Justin Dupras, KDE, SC, OG, CGM, GS, CBM, RMN, Commanding Officer, Construction and Refit Command, in your new capacity as Director of Small Craft Construction.
Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The above orders are effective this date, 01 April 2021.
