BuShips Directive 2011-02 was issued on 4 November 2020 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive re-commissions HMS Devastation.

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 04 November 2020, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the re-commissioning of HMS Devastation. This is a Havoc Class Destroyer and is assigned to the First Fleet (Warwick, RI).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Devastation:

- PO1 Jerome Conner (assigned as Bosun)
- PO2 Kevin Greene
- PO3 David DeMello

The following civilians are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Devastation:

Based upon the requirements of the service the following brevets are approved:
- <redacted> to Lieutenant Commander, RMN
- Jay Griffin to Lieutenant Senior Grade, RMN
- Jerome Conner to Chief Petty Officer, RMN
Subsequent to the recommissioning, HMLAC Banshee (LAC-37) shall be transferred to Active Fleet Reserves, following an inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. The vessel shall be made available for recommission at a later date.
