You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Reliant (BC-401), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Executive Officer, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby promoted to the rank of Lieutenant (SG), RMN.
