Effective as of 0001 Hours on 21 July 2020, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the re-commissioning of {{#if:hcn

}}}}. This is the lead Avalon class Light Cruiser and is assigned to the Third Fleet AOR (Winston Salem, NC).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to {{#if:hcn

Subsequent to the recommissioning, {{#if:hcn

}}}} shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following an inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. The vessel shall be made available for recommission at a later date.
