As of the date of this Order, by my hand as Knight Commander of the Peerage College, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby award the following Landed Peerage, effective on 03-AUG-13:

To Admiral of the Red James Friedline, Commanding Officer of the Bureau of Training, the peerage title of Baron and the peerage land of Neu Odenwaldkreis

This Officer is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with the above title.
